Included
Pickup from air cargo
We collect your pet from the SeaTac cargo facility, including overnight and pre-dawn arrivals. We are under a mile from the cargo building.
Airline coordination
We confirm the outbound booking with the carrier, arrange the drop-off window, and stay reachable to the airline while your pet is with us.
Overnight care
Your pet rests in its own space with food, water and staff on site through the night — not in a crate in a warehouse.
Hand-back to the airline
We return your pet to cargo or the carrier for the onward flight, with the timing the airline requires for check-in.
Photo updates
You get pictures and a status note while your pet is with us, wherever you are in the world.

- Import or export paperwork, and health certificates
- Customs or USDA filings
- Supplying or sizing the travel crate
- Booking the flights themselves
Those belong to your pet shipper or relocation agent, and we would rather be clear than have you find out at the destination. If you do not have a shipper yet, get one before you book the flights — they own the documents, the crate and the destination rules. We hold your pet safely in the middle.

Flying a pet to or from Hawaii through Seattle
Seattle is a common break point on Hawaii routings — mainland to Honolulu, Honolulu onward to Asia, and the return legs. Hawaii is the only US state with its own rabies quarantine regime, and the timing rules are unforgiving: miss the pre-arrival window and your pet can be held for up to 120 days on landing. We do not prepare those documents, but we do know what the schedule has to look like, and an overnight in Seattle changes the dates you are counting to.
